What you will do

• Lead complex IT initiatives, including systems integration and cross-functional projects, from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, schedules, milestones, governance structures, and resource requirements.
• Manage project and portfolio finances, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoice approvals, estimates to actuals, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate technical leads, architects, engineers, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to maintain delivery accountability.
• Manage RAID logs, critical paths, dependencies, risks, escalations, executive reporting, dashboards, and decision materials.
• Complete project closure activities, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, documentation, and portfolio-level reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including large and complex projects from conception through delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex technical initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in forecasting, resource management, capital and expense budgets, vendor spend, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Kanban boards, and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or a similar project management certification.
