Dealer Inventory Retail Analyst

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota, USA. Minimal travel is required.

Starting pay: $58,000–$77,000 per year.

What you will do

• Execute and improve Dealer Inventory Retail processes, including forecasting, lead times, service-level alignment, and dealer inventory performance.
• Support dealers and Sales Team members with Retail Flow Management inquiries, training, coaching, and best-practice adoption.
• Conduct business reviews and monitor dealer KPIs such as retail velocity, dollars per unit, repair-order line items, and PG&A order mix.
• Analyze performance deviations, identify root causes, and develop tools and recommendations for dealers and Dealer Relationship Managers.
• Measure dealer adoption, support standard reporting, evaluate customer buying behavior, and track improvement progress.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on system feature enablement, parameter reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong relational database skills and experience working with large data warehouses.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
