Master Data Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; onsite role at hirify.global HQ, Inc., 333 Continental Blvd.

Salary: $71,000–$88,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform item setup, maintenance, bulk uploads, validations, and other master data activities across business systems.
• Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, and governed product and item master data.
• Serve as a point of contact for master data requests and issues from Planning, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, GTO, Quality, and Finance.
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with business and technology partners.
• Conduct data quality reviews, audits, integrity checks, and corrective actions.
• Document processes and requirements, support system enhancements and user acceptance testing, and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and rework.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, product data, Supply Chain, ERP, or a related business environment.
• Experience managing master data in ERP, PLM, PIM, MDM, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of data quality and data governance principles, with experience working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, markets, regions, and business and technology teams.
• Strong written and verbal command of English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, PLM, Product Information Management, or Master Data Management platforms.
• Familiarity with GS1, GTIN/UPC management, GDSN, retailer data requirements, or other product data standards.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in global Supply Chain, consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or ecommerce environments.
