Clinical Nurse Leader, RN - Endoscopy

Location: Tufts Medical Center, Boston, United States; onsite clinical role

Salary: $47.30–$78.04 per hour, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for the endoscopy service.
• Prepare staff schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate services to meet patient-care and operational requirements.
• Supervise, evaluate, coach, and mentor nursing and support personnel while promoting clinical competency.
• Lead evidence-based practice, nursing research, quality improvement, and patient-safety initiatives.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, patient-care conferences, discharge planning, and patient and family education.
• Participate in hospital committees, shared governance, special projects, budgeting, and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements

• At least three years of clinical nursing practice with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to provide nursing care, exercise clinical judgment, lead teams, communicate effectively, and work under stressful and changing conditions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of standing and walking for extended periods, transferring patients, and responding to emergency situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Specialty nursing certifications.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or other department-relevant certifications, where required.
