Senior Product Operations Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote, US, with remote and hybrid work models based on proximity to office hubs; travel and attendance at several team and company-wide offsites are expected.

What you will do

• Design and evolve the product metrics program with product leadership, connecting product inputs to retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement outcomes.
• Build and maintain multi-variable outcome models using regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer behavior, product usage, friction points, and revenue opportunities.
• Translate data into recommendations for prioritization, roadmap decisions, OKRs, executive reviews, board decks, and product planning.
• Develop dashboards, templates, toolkits, and self-service data models that help product teams use insights independently.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on event tracking, taxonomy standards, data governance, and data quality.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods, including regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with analytics or metrics programs and translating complex data into actionable product and business recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with modern BI and analytics tools, with Looker preferred.
• Fluency with AI tools for synthesizing, analyzing, and scaling work.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience working with SaaS or platform products.
• Experience with Pendo, Mixpanel, and Redshift.
