Salary: $92,000 – $110,000 Yearly

What you will do
- Shape the product roadmap for the lower-funnel eCommerce experience to align with business priorities and customer needs.
- Own the discovery and assessment of high-impact opportunities using data and experimentation to reduce checkout friction.
- Develop and optimize scalable PDP templates to improve product evaluation and add-to-cart rates.
- Drive checkout optimization to increase completion rates by simplifying flows and resolving failure points.
- Lead end-to-end A/B testing and experimentation, defining hypotheses and success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure high site performance, focusing on page load times and transaction success rates.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or DTC.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates in PDP and/or checkout experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnel analysis and experimentation.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make thoughtful trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, California.
Nice to have
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Optimizely, GA4, or Quantum Metric.
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience across multiple funnel areas (merchandising, post-purchase).
