TL;DR

Sr Product Management Analyst (Ecommerce): Driving conversion optimization across the global direct-to-consumer eCommerce ecosystem with an accent on reducing friction from Product Detail Pages through Checkout. Focus on building scalable PDP templates, simplifying checkout flows, and leading A/B testing to improve completion rates and revenue per visitor.

Location: El Segundo, California (Hybrid)

Salary: $92,000 – $110,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Shape the product roadmap for the lower-funnel eCommerce experience to align with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Own the discovery and assessment of high-impact opportunities using data and experimentation to reduce checkout friction.
  • Develop and optimize scalable PDP templates to improve product evaluation and add-to-cart rates.
  • Drive checkout optimization to increase completion rates by simplifying flows and resolving failure points.
  • Lead end-to-end A/B testing and experimentation, defining hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure high site performance, focusing on page load times and transaction success rates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in eCommerce or DTC.
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates in PDP and/or checkout experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnel analysis and experimentation.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make thoughtful trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Optimizely, GA4, or Quantum Metric.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience across multiple funnel areas (merchandising, post-purchase).
