Product Analyst Co-op (WCS/WMS)

What you will do

• Participate in product solutioning workshops and system design discussions for automated warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and external partners on integration needs, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for IMWCS product initiatives.
• Monitor system performance, assist with troubleshooting and testing, and analyze operational data for diagnostics and reporting.
• Support deployment, cutover, and cross-functional go-live initiatives within distribution operations.
• Apply Agile, SAFe, product management, and software delivery lifecycle practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of WCS/WMS concepts, PLCs, industrial networks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying for diagnostics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, preferably SAFe, and software delivery lifecycle documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation frameworks, integration technologies, and customer experience solutions.
• Hands-on interest in automated warehouse operations and regulated distribution environments.
