Operations Project Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate process, systems, tools, and automation projects across operational departments.
• Identify process inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions such as dashboards, monitors, and reports.
• Manage project execution from initiation through implementation, including scope, schedules, development progress, and validation of efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with product managers, business operations, headquarters, information systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, service quality, and project outcomes through reporting and data analysis.
• Communicate progress, escalate issues, and drive alignment with operational initiatives and global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics and/or project management.
• Experience leading complex projects, developing efficiency tools, and improving operational processes.
• Strong project management, process improvement, problem-solving, business analysis, data analysis, and process documentation skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
