Strategy Planning Advisor

Location: Hybrid position in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and work on campus several times per week.

Salary: US: $7,094.23–$15,607.31 per month; state-specific ranges also apply in Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, New York City, and Washington.

What you will do

• Lead strategic workforce, business, and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, milestones, governance frameworks, strategies, roadmaps, and reporting processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Data & Technology, and business stakeholders to align priorities and organizational goals.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis, strategic assessments, scenario planning, and quantitative analysis.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews while coordinating inputs across stakeholders and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Five years of experience in an information technology or business environment, including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market and competitive analysis.
• Strong project management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and strategic planning experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic planning.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Memphis, Plano, or Pittsburgh campus and be able to work on campus several times per week.
