Project Manager II (Gas Power Generation)

Salary: $167,780–$243,281 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Lead assigned construction projects from estimating handoff through warranty, managing scope, schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison with client project management teams and coordinate cross-functional communication across engineering, estimating, and field teams.
• Develop project plans and schedules, manage requirements, and adjust execution plans based on project complexity.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, quality reviews, assurance reviews, and change decisions.
• Control project budgets through monthly forecasting, variance reporting, resource deployment, and change management.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project teams while supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• At least 5 years of total project or construction experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, oral, presentation, written communication, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills.
• Experience with cost accounting, construction regulations, work plans, project schedules, salary structures, compensation modeling, and pay practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
