Coordinator, Global Gaming Casino Warehouse

Location: In-office in South Florida, with required presence Monday through Thursday and work from home available on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

What you will do

• Receive, process, identify, mark, place, and safely store gaming stock and warehouse materials.
• Verify inbound merchandise against purchase orders and communicate discrepancies to Purchasing.
• Maintain inventory records, reports, files, and warehouse system data using Microsoft Office.
• Process requisitions and prepare, package, coordinate, and ship merchandise to shipboard departments and other destinations.
• Coordinate with vendors, Purchasing, shipboard departments, and internal stakeholders to resolve receiving, inventory, and delivery issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment, vehicles, and hand tools; coordinate maintenance and make deliveries or pickups as required.

Requirements

• At least two years of progressively responsible warehouse experience.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, recordkeeping, and vendor coordination.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; minimum age of 21 to operate company vehicles.
• Certification to operate applicable warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, operate machinery, work overtime or weekends when needed, and lift more than 50 pounds.
