Warehouse Specialist Team Lead

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound customer shipments while leading 5–12 Warehouse Associates.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare for customer pickups and ensure shipments are timely and accurate.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts when certified, along with other warehouse equipment.
• Photograph products for publication on the company website.
• Participate actively in the safety program and complete other warehouse duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a warehouse team lead.
• Experience managing performance and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Forklift certification for stand-up and sit-down forklifts where applicable.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer skills including internet use and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Availability to work any shift and on-site in Pittston, Pennsylvania. Ability to work on uneven warehouse surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
