Parts & Inventory Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; onsite warehouse role at the P.E. Labellers USA facility

What you will do

• Manage daily receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping of divisional spare parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical audits, replenishment monitoring, and discrepancy resolution.
• Receive and inspect shipments, record transactions in the MRP/ERP system, and coordinate labeling and storage.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts orders to customers across the United States and Canada.
• Prepare shipping, customs, and export documentation and coordinate shipments with logistics providers.
• Support warehouse operations, continuous improvement, and issue resolution with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, shipping and receiving, spare parts, or logistics operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and accurate computer data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it after hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities for extended periods.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
