Warehouse Shift Supervisor - Temporary/Seasonal

Location: Everett, Massachusetts, USA; on-site warehouse and property operations

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 yearly

Encore Boston Harbor is a large hospitality and entertainment property with gaming, hotel, dining, retail, spa, event, and waterfront facilities.

What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including the secure receipt, storage, handling, and disbursement of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through automated inventory systems and support monthly inventory counts and variance reduction.
• Schedule warehouse employees, shipments, and ordering activities while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Monitor vendors, warehouse standards, safety procedures, hazardous communications, and OSHA compliance.
• Support hiring, training, performance management, employee engagement, and communication across departments.
• Report inventory turnover and operational performance to the executive team while addressing guest and team member issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse and receiving experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• General computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English required; an additional language is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old and obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
• Ability to lift or maneuver at least 80 pounds and work variable schedules, outdoors, at heights, and around changing weather and equipment conditions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in union and non-union work environments.
• Additional language skills.
