Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Miami, Florida, United States

Salary: $22–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, product inspections, storage, returns, restocking, and inventory counts.
• Manage reorder levels, ingredient purchasing, vendor coordination, and product availability.
• Create employee schedules, assign tasks, and support daily Culinary or Marketplace operations.
• Organize dry storage, walk-ins, and freezers while safely operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Implement and improve processes for inventory, ordering, returns, scheduling, and workflow productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace through routine inspections.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory or order management software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience operating a pallet jack; food industry experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with WholesaleWare.
