Material Handler 3, Warehousing (Supply Chain)

Salary: $43,200–$57,600 per year

What you will do

• Receive incoming stock and materials, unload trucks, and check in merchandise.
• Retrieve materials, pack boxes, prepare parcels, and support domestic and international shipping.
• Sort and place materials in racks, shelves, and bins while maintaining an organized warehouse.
• Count physical inventory, report discrepancies, and perform supply chain and inventory management.
• Process payments, requests, supply orders, and inventory data using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Coordinate with supervisors, team members, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, dependable, organized, and able to manage time and mathematical tasks effectively.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with inventory and supply chain management databases.
• Working knowledge of SAP and ERP software.
• Motivated self-starter willing to learn and cross-train.
• Must work onsite at the San Jose, California headquarters.

Nice to have

• 3–5 or more years of warehouse and logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle.
