Product Specialist (Agritech)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil — hybrid; national and international travel required, including farm visits and occasional weekend work

hirify.global develops agritech products combining cattle collars and an app to help producers virtually fence cattle, manage grazing, and monitor animal location and behaviour.

What you will do

• Deploy hirify.global with pioneering customers on South American farms through hands-on field work.
• Build close relationships with producers and understand their operations, animals, land, and grazing practices.
• Ensure customers achieve measurable value from hirify.global and help them use the product effectively.
• Identify what needs to be fixed, improved, or built for the South American market.
• Translate field observations into clear, actionable feedback for product and engineering teams in New Zealand.
• Partner with commercial teams to maintain alignment as the South American market scales.

Requirements

• Experience working in South American cattle production is required.
• Portuguese fluency is required.
• Professional English communication is required; interviews and significant day-to-day collaboration will be conducted in English.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand how the product works.
• Willingness to travel, work flexibly, and support customers in the field, including weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency.
