AI research lab and product company creating Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, an AI-native IDE.

What you will do

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
• Identify high-impact use cases for AI teammates within customer workflows.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to drive product utilization and integration.
• Implement requested features directly and advocate for customer needs to the product team.
• Utilize product instincts to help shape the internal product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance professionally, academically, or entrepreneurially.
• Ability to be self-directed and prioritize tasks without constant management.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript.
• Experience writing and debugging complex real-world software systems.
• Prior experience working at an early-stage startup.
