Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within Brazil. Remote employees must live in Brazil; the Florianópolis office is available for optional work.

What you will do

• Shape product vision and strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Build data-driven roadmaps using market insights, customer research, and product metrics.
• Lead discovery workshops, brainstorming sessions, hypothesis validation, and iterative product development.
• Define requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
• Maintain project management activities including sprint planning, capacity allocation, budget monitoring, ceremonies, risks, and dependencies.
• Build long-term client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and communicate product vision across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience with successful digital product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to create compelling product visions and data-driven recommendations based on market analysis.
• Experience building lasting client relationships and navigating client organizational dynamics.
• Ability to balance strategic product thinking with project management responsibilities.
• Must live in Brazil for remote employment.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude and curiosity about emerging technologies.
