Claims Specialist (Auto Claims)

Location: Lakeland, Florida, United States. Complete in-office training, followed by a hybrid schedule of 80% on-site and 20% off-site.

Salary: $20.84–$26.05 per hour, equivalent to $41,992.60–$52,490.75 annually. Licensed candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Manage incoming customer calls and collect accident facts.
• Investigate claim details and gather statements from involved parties.
• Guide policyholders through coverage and the steps needed to return to the road safely.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through empathetic, meaningful interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking across platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Active adjuster license preferred; licensing and exam fees are provided.
• Experience in high-volume KPI-driven call centers or customer-facing claims is preferred.
