Associate Claim Rep, Auto Express

Salary: $43,200–$71,300 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentives.

What you will do

• Complete an 8–12 month program combining virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training in insurance policies, claims processes, systems, and procedures.
• Assess coverage and determine claim compensability for personal auto and property-damage claims.
• Investigate losses by gathering information from policyholders and claimants.
• Resolve claims through accurate and timely payments while communicating claim status to all parties.
• Maintain complete claim records and adapt to system upgrades, digital tools, and AI-related technology implementations.
• Obtain and maintain required insurance or adjuster licenses within three months of starting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; previous customer service or insurance experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn claims management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, judgment, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate continuous learning.
