What you will do

• Complete a structured 9–12-month training program covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Assess coverage and compensability for automobile, heavy equipment, mobile equipment, and property damage claims.
• Investigate claims by gathering information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other resources.
• Assess potential fraud, establish reserves, determine claim resolution amounts, and issue accurate payments.
• Communicate claim status to customers and business parties while maintaining accurate claim records.
• Adapt to AI, digital transformation, new workflows, system upgrades, and digital tool rollouts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and previous customer service or insurance experience are preferred qualifications.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required adjuster or insurance licenses within three months of starting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with willingness to learn claims management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, judgment, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and continue learning.
