Senior Supervisor, Direct Sales (Fiber Optic)

Location: Bristol, Virginia, with approximately 60% field work supporting the Residential Sales Executive team in the Marietta, Georgia area

Target pay: $93,000 annually, base plus commission

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the Residential Sales Executive team.
• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor sales professionals while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive team sales performance while contributing directly to field sales activities.
• Prepare performance reports and metrics for sales leadership.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop new sales talent.
• Coordinate territory assignments, employee relations, performance reviews, and commission payments with leadership and operations.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading a diverse sales team.
• Strong performance-management and operational-efficiency skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to spend approximately 60% of the time working in the field.
