Business Applications Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in Brentwood, Tennessee, United States

What you will do

• Support end users by answering application questions and troubleshooting system issues.
• Administer assigned applications, including configuration and routine updates.
• Gather, define, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Assist with system implementations, workflows, integrations, upgrades, and scheduled activities.
• Manage change processes and create process and training documentation, including data audits and mass updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Analyst.
• At least 2 years of system administration experience.
• Experience documenting policies, procedures, and standards.
• Working knowledge of credentialing or contract management applications, such as Agiloft.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, strong communication, organization, prioritization, and independent work abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale projects and application implementation projects.
