Analyst - IT Application - Pharmacist (Epic Willow)

Location: Virtual - Arizona; must reside in Arizona. Full-time, day shift, 8am–5pm, with an on-call rotation.

What you will do

• Support, develop, deploy, and maintain vendor-provided enterprise applications used by pharmacy and healthcare operations.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues, workflow problems, enhancement requests, and technical incidents involving pharmacy applications.
• Analyze medication-use processes, healthcare workflows, data, reports, and root causes to identify improvements.
• Design, test, implement, and support application files, systems, master data, profiles, dictionaries, and databases.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, business operations, IT teams, vendors, medical staff, and organizational stakeholders.
• Support change management and documentation processes and lead low- to moderate-complexity projects when assigned.

Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Sciences from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• At least 3 years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience involving healthcare application software, workflows, or procedures.
• Registered Pharmacist license with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy required within 180 days.
• Training or certification in the assigned application and certification or licensure for the supported clinical, revenue cycle, or business unit.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and manage application incidents, upgrades, patches, testing, and support activities.

Nice to have

• Doctorate in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• Five years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience.
• Epic certification for the assigned application, including Epic Willow Inpatient Certification.
