Early Careers - Technology Delivery Analyst Intern

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Base pay: $19.13–$34.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Own assigned components of technology projects and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Research and analyze data and information to develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experiences.
• Prepare and deliver a final internship presentation covering project results and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and corporate compliance policies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, project management, or computer science.
• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Available for the full 10-week internship program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to learn unfamiliar concepts and prioritize multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Prior technical internship or related work experience.
• Volunteer, leadership, IT association, or technical competition experience.
• Interest in the healthcare payer industry or beginning a career in IT.
