What you will do

• Line produce live newscasts, special reports, and breaking-news coverage from the control room.
• Build and update rundowns while making real-time editorial and timing decisions.
• Lead programming across broadcast, streaming/FAST, digital, and social platforms.
• Coordinate anchors, correspondents, reporters, field crews, guests, graphics, video, and other live elements.
• Produce interviews and segments from research and concept development through final execution.
• Identify and develop news, political, and community stories; book guests and mentor production staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of television or multi-platform newsroom experience, including significant live and line-producing experience.
• Demonstrated control-room leadership, breaking-news production knowledge, and the ability to manage rapidly changing rundowns.
• Experience with iNews, Avid, ENPS, or similar newsroom systems.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and verbal, required.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel for major news events when required.
