Product Operations Assistant (Shopify)

Location: Remote - Philippines; requires availability to work US hours, as late as 8am-4pm ET on weekdays.

Hourly rate: $7–$8 per hour.

What you will do

• Register new accounts eligible to use the supplies platform.
• Monitor incoming orders and payments, then place orders with the appropriate suppliers.
• Reconcile platform orders with supplier orders daily.
• Investigate and resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders through occasional email support.
• Escalate serious issues and recommend improvements to ordering and fulfillment processes.
• Support ad hoc product and engineering activities, including manual testing and data entry.

Requirements

• Experience working with US customers in a similar role, such as e-commerce store management.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Availability to work US hours and work remotely from the Philippines.
• Reliable internet connection above 10 Mbps, a quiet working environment, attention to detail, and reliable task execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness.
• Experience with Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with manual quality assurance testing.
