TL;DR
E-commerce Logistics Specialist (AI) (e-commerce logistics): Managing and improving outbound parcel delivery, returns, carrier performance, and cross-border logistics across European markets with an accent on operational analytics, process optimization, and customer experience. Focus on investigating delivery incidents, planning capacity during peak periods, onboarding logistics partners, and using AI and automation to solve operational problems.

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work

Salary: from €1,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

  • Manage and monitor outbound parcel logistics from warehouse dispatch through final delivery.
  • Coordinate daily operations with courier companies, carriers, and logistics partners.
  • Track delivery performance, transit times, SLAs, tracking data, and other logistics KPIs.
  • Support cross-border delivery, returns, reverse logistics, capacity planning, and peak-period operations across European markets.
  • Handle delivery incidents and claims, investigate root causes, and prepare reports and performance analyses.
  • Support carrier onboarding and improve logistics processes using modern tools, including AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Interest in logistics, e-commerce, and delivery processes.
  • Analytical and structured approach, with the ability to investigate root causes and identify connections in data.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and large amounts of information.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership.
  • Confident written and spoken English.
  • Curiosity, practicality, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments and countries.

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, operations, or parcel delivery.
  • Experience with courier companies, outbound or returns processes, cross-border delivery, marketplaces, or D2C businesses.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of API or EDI integrations.
