Operations Specialist - Maintenance

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end maintenance operations process in Iberia, from ticket creation through intervention closure, while meeting client SLAs.
• Manage field technicians, supporting priorities, issue resolution, execution quality, and professional development.
• Coordinate daily planning and execution with the Iberia Planner and Senior Technician.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports covering SLAs, backlog, unsuccessful interventions, and repeat issues.
• Coordinate maintenance partners, measure quality, response times, and intervention costs, and handle client escalations.
• Support improvement projects, cross-functional maintenance needs, and the financial performance of the operation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field-based operations, ideally managing maintenance operations and field teams.
• Experience in SLA-driven operations with short intervention deadlines.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and experience handling clients and escalations.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to switch between desk work, field work, and client-facing responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools for improving and automating daily operations.
• Knowledge of a third language, such as Italian or Portuguese.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
