Product and Operations Manager (Bespoke Jewellery)

Location: Hybrid role with onsite work in Chelsea, London

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per year plus benefits

What you will do

• Analyse metrics such as gross margin, NPS, CSAT, time to ship, and contribution margin to identify improvement opportunities with marketing
• Build processes and support the outsourced finance team with timely management accounts
• Forecast jewellery and packaging demand, support buying and pricing decisions, and manage stock accuracy
• Oversee Shopify, A2X, Unleashed, Swap, the customer service platform, and Xero, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with providers
• Optimise workflows and software to improve profitability and customer experience

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, product, or operations within a direct-to-consumer brand
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with confidence extracting insights from data and making informed decisions
• Experience with Shopify Plus, A2X, Unleashed, and Xero
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of DTC operations, including forecasting, buying, margins, 3PLs, and operational and financial KPIs
• Comfort working in a small team while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
