Sales Operations Specialist

Location: United States; occasional travel of up to approximately 20% for team meetings or corporate events.

What you will do

• Manage daily sales operations activities including demand planning support, inventory monitoring, purchase order execution, and sales performance tracking.
• Prepare weekly business reports and monthly performance summaries covering sales and operational metrics.
• Monitor promotional performance, trade spend, pricing updates, forecasting inputs, and new item setup.
• Coordinate forecasting, inventory planning, order management, shipment timing, and product availability with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Participate in recurring planning calls with customer replenishment and planning teams.
• Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, and operational reporting while developing knowledge of assigned categories, consumers, and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-ops, in business analytics, supply chain, sales operations, or finance.
• Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and operational problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new systems and business tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and clear cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to approximately 20%.

• Experience or exposure to large retailers or e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.
