Support & Service Quality Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage civil and military approvals, including EASA, CAA, and PERAM Part 145, Part 147, Part 66, and ATO requirements.
• Define, document, and maintain the quality assurance system for support and service organizations.
• Prepare, maintain, and coordinate regulatory manuals and amendments with aviation authorities.
• Track non-conformances and complaints, coordinating and validating corrective action and improvement plans.
• Manage certifying staff authorizations and arrange the required technician licenses with the authorities.
• Review quality plans, issue Certificates of Conformity, train personnel, and maintain relations with Spanish-NQAR for military contracts.

Requirements

• Degree or master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of military aviation legislation and EASA, PERAM, and CAA Part 145/147/66/M regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, and AQAP 2110 standards.
• Ability to manage authority and customer relationships, analyze risks, and apply regulations rigorously.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment with strong communication, teamwork, autonomy, and leadership skills.
