Associate Originations & Distribution (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid role in the United States

Salary: $96,000–$144,000 annual base compensation, plus a 25% annual bonus target and company equity in the form of RSUs.

hirify.global Technology Solutions operates a blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale, and trading of tokenized assets and real-world assets.

What you will do

• Develop relationships with asset originators and sellers and support deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
• Build investor and counterparty relationships, including on-chain distribution channels.
• Work with capital markets, product, and legal teams to move opportunities from initial discussions to closed transactions.
• Provide market, pricing, and counterparty insight to internal stakeholders.
• Manage post-close operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, net wire calculations, and cash-flow reconciliation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in capital markets, treasury, or structured credit; 5+ years preferred.
• Direct ownership of live transactions and experience working with both originators or sellers and investors or capital partners across loan sales, securitizations, forward flow, warehouse, or credit facilities.
• Strong credit and collateral knowledge in real estate or consumer assets, including underwriting, exposure limits, diligence, pricing, and valuation.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, plus SQL and a business intelligence tool such as Tableau.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or Series 7/63/65 certification.
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in learning, digital asset market structure, tokenized credit, and on-chain distribution.
• Experience presenting to executives, boards, and counterparties and negotiating commercial terms.
