Salary: $100,000–$160,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Support the creation and structuring of investment products within the Renewable Power and Transition franchise.
• Research new sectors and screen opportunities for future investment strategies.
• Design and execute equity capital solutions, including co-investments, continuation vehicles, yieldcos, club deals, joint ventures, minority stake sales, and broader capital partnerships.
• Own selected transaction execution workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines, and identify execution risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, due diligence materials, data rooms, and investor-ready messaging.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, lead investor diligence, respond to LP inquiries, and support third-party equity fundraising.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in investment banking, direct investments, co-investment structuring, or syndication.
• Strong transactional experience in private markets and an undergraduate degree in business or finance.
• Ability to assess complex situations, analyze quantitative and qualitative information, and make effective recommendations.
• Experience leading transaction execution workstreams independently with strong project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including liaison with cross-functional teams and senior investment decision-makers.
• Ability to manage junior team members, handle pressure, and contribute to shared success.

• Experience in renewables, power, energy, or infrastructure.
