Sales Support - Analyst (Alternative Investments)

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build the advisor pipeline by prospecting, activating new financial advisors, and converting interest into investment activity.
• Lead outreach campaigns for product launches, conferences, and thought leadership content.
• Educate advisors on alternative investment products and support them throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and advisor profiles to improve targeting and team performance.
• Manage referral revenue and route qualified opportunities to Structured Investments, Architect, and Client Solutions teams.
• Serve as the primary contact and problem solver for advisors during investment creation and servicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, including building rapport and moving prospects through a sales funnel.
• Experience in investment or financial services; familiarity with alternative investments is beneficial.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional communication, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
• Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification, or willingness to obtain it within two years of hire.
