Senior Solutions Architect - Professional Services (AI/HPC)

Location: United Kingdom; customer focus across EMEA with travel as needed.

What you will do

• Lead the customer journey from product sale through onboarding, installation, and production deployment.
• Plan and manage hirify.global product installations, including risk assessment, scheduling, deployment coordination, and status reporting.
• Design end-to-end solutions by translating undefined requirements into architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Develop, automate, and test deployment workflows using scripting, open-source technologies, and cluster-management tools.
• Deploy and manage AI and HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments across on-premises and public cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engineering, product management, customers, and partners while providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise IT operations and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on Linux systems administration, Kubernetes or containerized workloads, HPC environments, and cluster management.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Bright, Jenkins, or xCAT.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Perl, plus Git-based source control.
• Knowledge of Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, Linux performance tuning, parallel filesystems, and software-defined storage.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, architectural presentation, and customer-advisory skills; a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
