Supervisor, Manufacturing & Process Execution

Location: West Chester, Ohio, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $75,000–$112,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead formulation and parts preparation operations, coordinating personnel, support staff, scheduling, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure production follows cGMP, FDA and international regulations, SHE standards, SOX requirements, and company procedures.
• Train and develop PET personnel on equipment, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage deviations, investigations, product defect notifications, documentation, SOPs, and change controls.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, qualify equipment, and improve production performance.
• Provide performance management and career development for direct reports while maintaining a presence across multiple shifts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a GMP or regulated production environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of FDA cGMP requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, pharmacy, a related science, or business.
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing.
• Knowledge of LDMS or Veeva, Microsoft applications, and SAP.
• Experience with formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, or change control.
• Technical program management, project management, troubleshooting, or cross-functional team experience.
