Continuous Improvement Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Victorville, California, USA; onsite at the manufacturing facility

Salary: $81,700–$122,600 per year

What you will do

• Identify and improve manufacturing and operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Implement management systems for OEE improvement, including Gemba walks, 5S, visual management, and Lean Daily Management.
• Align Kaizen projects with the Lean Steering Committee and manage project prioritization and actions.
• Lead Kaizen events, facilitate training, track countermeasures, and develop employees to run their own improvement events.
• Analyze operational data and costs to identify improvement opportunities and assess project feasibility.
• Promote plant safety, support safety training, assess iOpex implementation, and maintain food safety practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of Lean or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Training in Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen facilitation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic HACCP principles.
