Maintenance Technician II (CNC)

What you will do

• Maintain, align, repair, overhaul, and functionally test precision machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate machine malfunctions independently.
• Disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble bearings, shafts, gears, spindles, and other precision components.
• Perform precision measurements, leveling, scraping, fitting, and alignment to restore required tolerances.
• Set up and operate machine tools to produce replacement parts and restore worn components.
• Use functional tests, manufacturer specifications, technical drawings, and maintenance handbooks to verify operating requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of CNC machining maintenance experience or relevant education.
• Experience with mechanical methods and procedures.
• Diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Industrial machining education.
• Familiarity with 5-axis machines.
