Maintenance Technician II

Location: Onsite at the manufacturing facility in Woodland, California, Monday–Friday

Salary: $34.80–$38.15 yearly

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance in line with OEM recommendations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and minimize recurring downtime.
• Maintain facility systems such as air compressors and electrical distribution infrastructure.
• Use CMMS software to document maintenance activities, complete work orders, and track repairs.
• Support TPM, autonomous maintenance, continuous improvement, equipment installation, upgrades, and contractor coordination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certifications are preferred.
• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, electrical controls, and facility systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings.
• Must work onsite at the Woodland, California facility and successfully establish employment eligibility, complete background checks, and pass required pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• Technical trade school, electrical certification, or electrical licensure.
• PLC troubleshooting experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CNC, laser cutting, robotics, welders, or fabrication machinery.
• Forklift certification and experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement programs.
