Director, Supply Chain Management (Logistics)

Location: Remote in the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the US. The precise location is flexible within hirify.global's registered employment locations and business needs. Periodic travel to Washington, D.C. and internationally is required.

Annual base salary: $185,000–$200,000.

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy, solution design, and quality assurance across supply chain management initiatives.
• Translate donor, government, and commercial client priorities into practical operating models and client-facing solutions.
• Support country and project teams with rapid mobilization, operational adaptation, and resolution of supply chain and functional disruptions.
• Lead capture, pipeline development, client engagement, proposal strategy, and technical writing for supply chain opportunities.
• Develop supply chain offerings integrating implementation, procurement, logistics, digital, financing, and governance capabilities.
• Build stakeholder relationships, teaming partnerships, internal communities of practice, and market-facing thought leadership.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of senior-level experience, including 5 or more years in a leadership role, in international supply chain, procurement, or logistics programs.
• Experience working in low- and middle-income countries and with ministries, national supply agencies, donors, private-sector firms, or local organizations.
• Proven success in business development, capture, proposal writing, technical design, and partnership development for donor-funded and commercial programs.
• Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary, remote teams across organizational, geographic, sectoral, and time-zone boundaries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, sound judgment, integrity, and a commitment to transparency, anti-corruption, and commodity security.
• US work authorization is required, with periodic travel to Washington, D.C. and internationally.
