Salary: $117,000.00–$201,250.00 base pay annually.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy and hematology objectives.
  • Build professional relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic and community providers.
  • Lead balanced, non-promotional scientific exchanges and translate complex clinical evidence into relevant medical discussions.
  • Identify treatment trends, unmet needs, educational gaps, and actionable insights to inform medical strategy and asset planning.
  • Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies and respond to unsolicited clinical and research inquiries.
  • Collaborate with MSL, R&D, Clinical Operations, and US and Global Medical Affairs stakeholders while maintaining scientific integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • Doctorate-level degree or equivalent experience, such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or advanced practice provider qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated success as an MSL.
  • Strong hematology or relevant therapeutic expertise, clinical research, data analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license required.
  • Ability to support the assigned territory with up to 70% travel.
  • Ability to work within regulatory, healthcare compliance, Medical Affairs SOP, and ethical conduct requirements.

Nice to have

  • At least 2 years of therapeutic-area experience.
  • Residency or fellowship experience.
  • Board certification for clinical degrees.
  • Experience exploring and applying emerging technologies such as AI.
