What you will do

• Oversee portfolio health, delivery performance, customer commitments, financial outcomes, and systemic risks across studies and programs.
• Lead portfolio reviews, prioritization, trade-off decisions, and corrective actions to improve delivery success.
• Align project management, operational oversight, clinical delivery, start-up, and project coordination functions.
• Represent delivery leadership in customer governance meetings, portfolio reviews, bidder discussions, and escalations.
• Monitor forecasting, revenue realization, quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and portfolio-level risk mitigation.
• Coach operational oversight leaders and support transformation and adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

• Portfolio and program management experience.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Strategic risk, quality, customer, and commercial leadership capabilities.
• Financial forecasting and resource planning experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field and approximately 15+ years of clinical research experience, including significant leadership experience.
