Sr Program Services Manager

Location: Hybrid, three days onsite per week at offices in Irving, Texas or Centennial, Colorado

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage program structures, processes, procedures, and quality assurance to achieve program objectives.
• Develop promotional materials, reports, training resources, and client education for program components.
• Support contracting teams with program implementation, client onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Identify client and supplier opportunities, develop value propositions, and expand program capabilities.
• Manage client and supplier issues, requests, business reviews, councils, and stakeholder panels.
• Establish performance metrics and use Excel and Power BI to build dashboards, analyze trends, track revenue and sales, and communicate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate program performance data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Availability to work onsite three days per week in Irving, Texas or Centennial, Colorado.
