Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles across multiple countries.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and build hiring strategies.
• Source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and provide consultative support during selection.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners when needed.
• Maintain and improve candidate data, recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Contribute to employer branding, HR initiatives, process optimization, and the use of AI tools in recruitment workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing full-cycle IT and non-IT recruitment in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
