Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam; hybrid or onsite work in Hanoi

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding handover.
- Recruit for both technology and non-technology roles across niche and high-volume hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, social channels, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers, candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to keep hiring progress on track.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows using an ATS.
- Handle multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining recruitment quality and speed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Strong ownership, urgency, communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.
- Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid setup in Hanoi.
- Compliance with information security, data protection, confidentiality, ISO 27001-aligned practices, and internal security requirements.

- Recruitment experience relevant to the business or industry.
- An existing candidate network in the banking domain.
- Experience with employer branding, referral programs, or recruitment events.
- Good English communication skills.
