Annual base salary: $93,000.00–$130,000.00 USD

What you will do

• Define, document, build, configure, and maintain electronic health record application content.
• Create functional specifications and validate application content with business owners.
• Coordinate application conversions, unit testing, functional and integrated testing, documentation, and training support.
• Provide implementation, go-live, post-go-live, and ongoing troubleshooting support for clinical applications.
• Lead or manage small projects, contribute to workflow design, and communicate progress against project milestones.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in on-call and after-hours support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience implementing, designing, or managing EHR and clinical systems.
• Experience working in a clinical setting and with complex clinical information system implementations or application development.
• Experience across the full software implementation life cycle and in managing small projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of HL7 coding standards, process redesign, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
