What you will do

• Define, document, build, maintain, and support electronic health record application content.
• Create functional specifications and validate application content with business owners.
• Design, configure, implement, and continuously improve information systems.
• Complete projects, manage deadlines, escalate delivery risks, and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Act as a liaison between IT, customers, vendors, and operational teams.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience with electronic health record implementation and support, or 2–5 years of operational experience using applicable EHR applications.
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively and efficiently.
• Required vendor certification or accepted proficiency for assigned EHR applications; certification must be obtained within six months when applicable.
• Experience with computer systems, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access.
• Effective written and spoken English communication is required.
