Senior Network & Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $96,534–$169,767 annually, plus potential annual or quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Design, manage, audit, optimize, and govern enterprise firewall policies across a global environment.
• Support routing and switching across campus, data center, LAN, WAN, and multi-site infrastructure.
• Administer enterprise wireless infrastructure and centralized controller-based management platforms.
• Coordinate network and security requests end-to-end as a technical liaison between both functions.
• Build automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using configuration management and version control.
• Enforce network access control, support global site and data center expansion, and participate in on-call incident response.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise next-generation firewall platforms, including security policy management and routing integration.
• Large-scale enterprise LAN/WAN experience with data center and campus switching and BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• Experience designing, deploying, or managing network access control solutions for authentication, device posture, and segmentation.
• Working proficiency with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible and with Git.
• Demonstrated expertise in both network engineering and security engineering; depth in only one domain is not sufficient.
• At least 7 years of progressive enterprise network and/or security engineering experience. Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• Professional- or expert-level networking or enterprise firewall certifications.
• Experience managing large switch and wireless fleets through centralized platforms.
• Enterprise wireless architecture and cloud-managed deployment experience.
• Cloud networking experience, preferably with Azure, including hybrid connectivity and cloud-native security.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance in multinational manufacturing and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
